Orders cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible for the best possible chance of cancellation. Once orders have begun the processing phase, they cannot be cancelled from that.
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
All items are made-to-order. Therefore returns are not eligible. Nevertheless, refunds and replacements are eligible under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged
- The item is lost in the mail
- The item is returned by no fault of the buyer
If one of the following apply, we will ask that customers send an image of the damaged item so therefore we can make a determination (except for the case of the item being returned - which we will honor as our mistake). After we have received your picture, we will take the appropriate course of action as soon as possible and keep you notified in the process.
If your return is accepted by us, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
