it is a nice statue but when I opened the box the right hand was broken already
Item arrived broken. Return policy is ridiculous. The item stated it was glass but it is not glass. I have had a problem with every order I have made with them. I won’t order from them again.
My hummingbird’s beak was broken upon arrival… would like to return. Was no note of description or thanks in purchasing either, but would have ignored that if in shipping wasn’t able to break. Please advise in returning/ replacement. Thank you.
